Στους 53.978 ανέρχονταν οι πρόσφυγες και μετανάστες που βρίσκονταν στην ελληνική επικράτεια το πρωί της Τετάρτης, σύμφωνα με στοιχεία του Συντονιστικού Οργάνου Διαχείρισης Προσφυγικής Κρίσης.

Αναλυτικότερα, 7.645 βρίσκονταν στο ανατολικό Αιγαίο, 14.715 στην Αττική, 1.989 στην κεντρική Ελλάδα, 338 στη νότια Ελλάδα και 29.291 στη βόρεια Ελλάδα.

Στην Ειδομένη βρίσκονται 10.257 άτομα, ενώ στο λιμάνι του Πειραιά 3.318.
