Οργή και πίκρα στην Αρμενία για την "ήττα" στο Ναγκόρνο Καραμπάχ- Διαδηλωτές ζητούν παραίτηση του Πασινιάν

Η συμφωνία που υπεγράφη για τερματισμό της ένοπλης σύγκρουσης στο Ναγκόρνο Καραμπάχ μπορεί να έχει στόχο την ειρήνη στην περιοχή, όσο εύθραυστη και εάν θα είναι αυτή, αλλά η είδηση της υπογραφής της σπέρνει ήδη ταραχές στο Γερεβάν και ίσως δοκιμάσει ακόμη και τις σχέσεις Ρωσίας - Αρμενίας.

Αφενός η συμφωνία εκλαμβάνεται στην Αρμενία, ως ”συνθηκολόγηση” έως και ”παράδοση” του θύλακα αφού βάσει αυτής τα αζέρικα στρατεύματα μπορούν να διατηρήσουν τα εδάφη που πήραν κατά τις τελευταίες έξι εβδομάδες της ένοπλης σύρραξης.

Αφετέρου η δήλωση του πρόεδρου του Αζερμπαϊτζάν πως εκτός από την παρουσία ρωσικών στρατιωτικών στην περιοχή, για την διασφάλιση της τήρησης των όρων της συμφωνίας, συμφωνήθηκε να υπάρχει και ανάπτυξη τουρκικών δυνάμεων, προκάλεσε επιπλέον θυμό. Βέβαια λίγο αργότερα η Μόσχα διευκρίνιζε πως δεν θα αναπτυχθούν τουρκικά στρατεύματα αλλά δεν διέψευσε την άλλη αναφορά του αζέρου ηγέτη περί εκπροσώπησης της Τουρκίας από στρατιωτικούς, στην έδρα της ειρηνευτικής δύναμης.

Πέραν των ανοιχτών λογαριασμών της Αρμενίας με την Τουρκία, από τον περασμένο αιώνα και την Γενοκτονία, η Άγκυρα διαχρονικά δηλώνει ανερυθρίαστα πως επιθυμεί τη διάλυση της χώρας και στις τελευταίες εχθροπραξίες έπαιξε πολύ ενεργό ρόλο στηρίζοντας με έμψυχο και άψυχο υλικό τη σύμμαχο της, το Αζερμπαϊτζάν.

Όλα αυτά ήταν πάρα πολλά, όπως φαίνεται, για να τα δεχθεί μια μεγάλη μερίδα Αρμενίων και πλέον κάποιοι ζητούν την παραίτηση του πρωθυπουργού, Νικόλ Πασινιάν. Νωρίτερα εισέβαλαν στη Βουλή ενώ χιλιάδες είναι στους δρόμους.

Ωστόσο, όπως φάνηκε και από τις δηλώσεις του Πασινιάν, στο Γερεβάν πρέπει να ασκήθηκαν σοβαρές πιέσεις για να επιτευχθεί η συμφωνία, προφανώς από τη Ρωσία στην οποία και διαχρονικά υπολογίζει. Αλλά η Μόσχα έχει καταστήσει ξεκάθαρο πως ήθελε αυτή τη ”εκκρεμότητα” να κλείσει.

Και φυσικά, η μικρή Αρμενία δεν θα μπορούσε να σταθεί μόνη της απέναντι στο Αζερμπαϊτζάν και την Τουρκία.

Εξάλλου τη Δευτέρα, οι αζέρικες δυνάμεις είχαν φτάσει 15χλμ έξω από την πρωτεύουσα του Ναγκόρνο Καραμπάχ, το Στεπάνακερτ. Η πιθανότητα να χαθεί όλος ο θύλακας ήταν ορατός και το Αζερμπαϊτζάν έχει ξεκάθαρη υπεροπλία.

Τα λόγια του Πασινιάν είναι χαρακτηριστικά. ”Δεν υπήρχε άλλη εναλλακτική επιλογή από την υπογραφή της κοινής δήλωσης για κατάπαυσης του πυρός”, μια συμφωνία την οποία χαρακτήρισε ”οδυνηρή”.

«Πήρα αυτή την απόφαση ως αποτέλεσμα μιας βαθιάς ανάλυσης της στρατιωτικής κατάστασης και της εκτίμησης των ανθρώπων που έχουν την καλύτερη γνώση της κατάστασης. Βασίζεται επίσης στην πεποίθηση ότι αυτή είναι η καλύτερη λύση στην κατάσταση που δημιουργήθηκε. Θα γράψω ένα μήνυμα για αυτό τις επόμενες μέρες. Δεν είναι νίκη, αλλά δεν υπάρχει ήττα μέχρι να γνωρίσεις τον εαυτό σου. Δεν θα ξέρουμε ποτέ τους εαυτούς μας και αυτό θα πρέπει να είναι η αρχή της εθνικής μας ενότητας, την εποχή της αναγέννησης».

Την ίδια στιγμή ο ηγέτης του Ναγκόρνο-Καραμπάχ δηλώνει πως η κατάπαυση πυρός ήταν αναπόφευκτη αφού η Αρμενία, το Αζερμπαϊτζάν και η Ρωσία υπέγραψαν συμφωνία για τον τερματισμό της στρατιωτικής σύγκρουσης στην περιοχή.

Ο Αραγίκ Χαρουτγιουνιάν είπε ότι οι εθνοτικές αρμενικές δυνάμεις έχασαν ορισμένες περιοχές κατά τη διάρκεια έξι εβδομάδων μάχης και οι μονάδες των Αζέρων ήταν κοντά στο Στεπάνακερτ, την πρωτεύουσα του Ναγκόρνο Καραμπάχ.

Σε κάθε περίπτωση όμως η είδηση της υπογραφής της συμφωνίας ήταν οδυνηρή αφού εκλαμβάνεται από αρκετούς στην Αρμενία, ως ήττα και έτσι ένα οργισμένο πλήθος χιλιάδων πολιτών διαδήλωσε στο κέντρο του Γερεβάν.

Στη συνέχεια κατευθύνθηκε προς το κτίριο της Βουλής όπου και εκατοντάδες άτομα εισέβαλαν προκαλώντας φθορές, υψώνοντας σημαίες της Αρμενίας ενώ καταφέρονταν κατά πολιτικών για την υπογραφή της συμφωνίας.

Ο πρωθυπουργός της χώρας από την πλευρά του καταδίκασε τα επεισόδια και δήλωσε πως οι δράστες και οι υποκινητές τους θα βρεθούν ενώπιων της Δικαιοσύνης και θα λογοδοτήσουν για τις πράξεις τους.

Οι διαδηλωτές όμως παρέμειναν στους δρόμους του Γερεβάν φωνάζοντας πως η κυβέρνηση του Πασινιάν αποτελείται από «προδότες» και απαιτούσαν την «παραίτησή» της ενώ ζητούσαν να αναλάβει τη διακυβέρνηση το επιτελείο

Το μέλλον του Πασινιάν, που ανέβηκε στην εξουσία με τη λαϊκή εξέγερση του 2018, αμφισβητείται πλέον, καθώς αποκρυσταλλώνεται η στρατιωτική ήττα στο Ναγκόρνο Καραμπάχ. Ήδη πριν ανακοινωθεί η υπογραφή της συμφωνίας, 17 κόμματα της αντιπολίτευσης απαιτούσαν την παραίτησή του.

Ο ίδιος πάντως διέψευσε τις φήμες ότι έχει εγκαταλείψει τη χώρα. «Βρίσκομαι στην Αρμενία και συνεχίζω να κάνω το καθήκον μου», ανέφερε μέσω Facebook.
